Woy Woy Football Club would like request that in our fixtures this weekend- a minute silence to be held and black arm bands be worn.
Cathy was a Life Member of Woy Woy Football Club serving the club as a player and coach at times through her illustrious playing career.
Cathy represented Central Coast Womens Soccer Association on many occasions and gain selection into the Northern New South Wales State squads on several occasions as well.
Cathy was a strong supporter of Women’s football not only at her beloved Woy Woy but local, state and national levels.
You would find Cathy sitting at her spot between field 1 and field 2 at Austin Butler Memorial Oval watching and cheering on our WPL squad and supporting our Mens Div One squad. Cathy was there to see the men secure promotion to Premier League.
Like her family, Cathy had Royal Blue and White flowing through her veins. Her loss has been felt deeply.
Woy Woy Football Club sends their deepest condolences to Cathy’s husband Mark, her two children, Scott and Kelly and Cathy’s siblings – Kerrie, Lyndell, Christine, Janet, Robyn and Phillip and their families.
