In 2023, CCF has resolved to publish determinations of the Judiciary panel, for significant incidents, and matters surrounding referee abuse.
By electronically disseminating the decisions, Tribunals can better educate the football community about certain conduct, make precedent-setting decisions readily accessible, promote transparency and demonstrate accountability.
Any person, entity, body, club, official, coach, player or match official that attends a match, venue, training, meeting or event organised by CCF or its members clubs automatically agrees to be bound by the regulations which are available using the link below:
2023 Winter Season
PLAYER - TOUKLEY FC MAA6 - 6 MATCHES - CODE OF CONDUCT
Player found guilty of Breaching the CCF Code of Conduct for an offence against a Referee.
Penalty: SIX (6) Match suspension
Notes: Player refused to leave the field of play after being shown a red card & engaged in continued verbal abuse after the completion of the match.
PLAYER - WOY WOY FC MAA8 - 1 YEAR - CODE OF CONDUCT
Player found guilty of Breaching the CCF Code of Conduct for an offence against a Referee.
Penalty: Suspended for the remainder of the 2023 Season, until 31/12/2023.
Notes: Player used threatening language towards a referee after recieveing a red card (R7).
PLAYER - WOY WOY FC MAA8 - 5 MATCHES - CODE OF CONDUCT
Player found guilty of Breaching the CCF Code of Conduct for an offence against a Referee.
Penalty: Suspended for Five (5) Matches
Notes: Player used abusive language towards a referee from the sideline.
COACH - UMINA FC WPL - 6 MATCHES - CODE OF CONDUCT
Coach found guilty of Breaching the CCF Code of Conduct for an offence against an Opposition Player.
Penalty: Suspended for Six (6) Matches
Notes: Coach used abusive language towards an opposition player from the sideline. Penalty included a 3 match addition for Judiciary History.
PLAYER - TOUKLEY FC MAA7 - 2 YEARS - CODE OF CONDUCT
Player found guilty of Breaching the CCF Code of Conduct for an offence against a Referee.
Penalty: Suspended until 31/12/2024
Notes: Player found guilty of Pushing a referee or assistant referee with an open hand, shoulder or hip.
SPECTATOR - ENTRANCE FC MPL - 2 YEARS - CODE OF CONDUCT
Spectator found guilty of Breaching the CCF Code of Conduct for an offence against an opposition spectator.
Penalty: Suspended until 31/12/2024
Notes: Spectator found guilty of using abusive language and Punching/Fighting with opposition members at conclusion of the match.
COACH - WOONGARRAH DIV1 - 4 MATCHES - CODE OF CONDUCT
Assistant Coach found guilty of Breaching the CCF Code of Conduct for an offence against an opposition player.
Penalty: Four (4) Match Suspension, plus a good behaviour bond until 31/12/2024.
Notes: Coach found guilty of using abusive language to an opposition player.

Player found guilty of Breaching the CCF Code of Conduct for an offence against a Referee.
Penalty: Suspended until 31/12/2023
Notes: Player found guilty of using abusive or insulting lanaguage & gestures towards a CCF Referee
