Toukley Gorokan Football Club is a family friendly, community focused, inclusive club on the Central Coast. We are seeking motivated and passionate coaches and managers to assist in the growth and development of our Grade Squad for the 2025 Season and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high quality training sessions.
- Develop individual and team skills in line with club culture.
- Monitor and assess player progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to players.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Collaborate with other coaches and club officials.
Qualifications and experience
- Significant coaching experience, particularly with grade squad experience
- Coaching certificates or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to commit to training twice weekly and weekend game days.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Working with Children Check
