Avoca FC are looking for EOI for the role of 1st grade Coach for our Men’s Premier League team.
Avoca FC have now been solidly placed in the MPL competition for the last 7 years , with a stable coaching and playing roster.
With our previous coach Neal Hide stepping down we would like to take this opportunity to inject some fresh ideas and energy into the role of head coach.
Please note this is a paid position.
The successful applicant would need to-
- Be a dedicated and experienced coach who will foster and develop our young squad .
- Work collaboratively with the Executive committee and Squad leadership team.
- Organise preseason trial matches and training.
- Be involved in player recruitment.
- Be a good communicator.
- Uphold the values and standards of the club and squad in terms of behaviour and respect.
- Maintain cohesiveness throughout the 3 Grade teams.
