TGFC are seeking applications for a Woman’s Football Development Coach.
This role is new to the club and is designed to help us grow women’s football and to work our way towards a Women’s Premier League Squad. In the 2022 season we had three Women’s All Age (WAA) and have a large number of young female players come through in our junior and small-sided age groups. We are looking for a coach to help guide and assist all our female players and keep them involved and invested in the game.
Established in 1964, the “Gunners” have a successful and proud history in local football, in both senior men’s and women’s competitions.
The ideal applicants will have the following skills and experience:
- coaching experience of women’s teams, across various age groups
- excellent communication and organisational skills;
- the ability to develop, mentor, and motivate players;
- have strong player management and player relations experience;
- be able to coach and develop young female players to keep them interested and invested in football into their teenage years; and
- be committed to the continued development and growth of the Gunners for the future.
Relevant qualifications will be favourably considered. Two coaching references are also preferred.
