HEAD COACHING OPPORTUNITY
Established in 1983 Kincumber Roos F.C is a long serving member of Central Coast Football. 40 years proud, the club has seen many successful seasons. Consistent growth has our current registrations at over 1000. A testament to the dedicated past and present Roos community and committee. The club has spent many years focussed on junior development and are now seeing the fruits of our labour, with depth in both our men’s and women’s teams. The club is in an exciting and critical position for the future of Kincumber Roos football.
For the upcoming 2024 season Kincumber Roos F.C. are seeking dedicated and experienced coach for our senior Men’s grade squads. With specific focus on helping to elevate our men’s grade squad towards the Premier Competition. Please note these are paid positions.
To be a successful applicant you will need to:
- Have previous experience in coaching and mentoring at a senior level.
- Ability to drive agenda and player interest throughout the season.
- Collaborate with our Senior Representative’s and Football Chairman to carve out a sustainable pathway for the future.
- Lead by example in dress, attitude, and development.
- Be able to control player allocation and team selection.
- Create and encourage a united playing squad.
- Unwavering dedication for player and squad development.
- Assist the implementation of coaching direction from U10 – U18 to ensure football consistency across all teams.
- Natural dedicated leader with values that align with club values and direction.
- Senior coaching certificate preferred.
The appointment of top-level coaching staff will assist the club’s development now and into the future. We have a bright and talented bunch of Juniors coming through and need to ensure we have pathway opportunities for all.
