Toukley Gorokan Football Club is seeking a Head Coach for our Women’s Premier League Squad for the 2021 season.
The Head Coach will be responsible for:
- Skills development of players
- Overall selection of the Women’s Grade Squads (Firsts and Reserves)
- Working with the Woman’s Football Manager and Junior Football Manager to develop a pathway for junior players
- Player Attraction and Retention strategies
The ideal applicant will have coaching experience of either senior men’s or women’s teams, have excellent communication and organisational skills, and will be committed to the growth of the Gunners beyond this season. Relevant qualifications will be favourably considered.
