Mens Division One
The Mens Division One competition is the second tier Senior Mens competition on the Central Coast. The Division One competition operates in unison with the BPL competition, with promotion and relegation between the two taking effect at the end of each season.
The Mens Division One competition in 2019 will consist of 9 clubs. Last seasons Grand-Finalists Ourimbah United will be joined by Budgewoi, Doyalson-Wyee, Gwandalan, Kariong, Wyong, Woy-Woy, and both Kincumber and Umina, who were relegated from the BPL competition in 2018. The competition kicks off on Sunday the 7th of April 2019.

In 2019 a Club Championship will determine relegation from the BPL and promotion to the BPL via Division One. The last and second last placed sides in the 2019 BPL Club Championship will be relegated to Division One in 2020. The first and second placed sides in the 2019 Division One Club Championship will be promoted to the BPL in 2020.
Central Coast Football will use the following metric to determine points allocations for the 2019 Division One Club Championship:
First Grade: Competition Points Multiplied by Three (3).
Reserve Grade: Competition Points Multiplied by Two (2).
